These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the apt555 platform ("we", "us", "apt555") and its members ("you", "user", "member"). By accessing or using the apt555.com website or its applications, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Some key terms used in this document: "Platform" Refers to the apt555 website, mobile interface, and all associated services. "Account" Refers to the personal profile of a registered member. "Bonus Credit" refers to an amount granted for promotional purposes that cannot be withdrawn directly. "Real Money" Refers to the member's own real money.

Apt555 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes. Continued use of the platform following an update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is successfully placed, a confirmation number will be issued. After confirmation, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature applies).

• Technical Malfunction: Odds offered due to obvious programming errors will be considered void and the related bets may be cancelled.

• Losses arising from the member's own internet connection failure
• If login credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence

• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical or server issues
• Force Majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

Apt555 will always investigate any complaint fairly, and if a member suffers actual loss due to a technical error, appropriate compensation will be arranged.

Apt555 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
• Registered members will be notified via email or platform notification.
• At least 7 days' prior notice will be given for significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If a member objects to any changes, they may close their account and withdraw their available balance.
